Why hospitality groups, retailers and commercial fit-out teams across NSW are specifying microcement — and how to program it into a tight build.
01
A brand-anchoring material
Microcement gives commercial interiors a material integrity that printed laminates and large-format tiles cannot match. Floors, walls, counters and feature joinery can all read as one continuous gesture — strengthening the brand and the architecture.
02
Where it earns its keep
Restaurants, cafés and bars, boutique retail, hotel lobbies and rooms, short-stay accommodation, offices, reception areas, gyms, studios and beauty venues. Anywhere a refined, durable, low-maintenance finish is required.
03
Programming and lead time
Microcement is sequenced after rough trades and before final joinery and fixtures. We program our works to fit your build timeline and can mobilise multiple crews on larger fit-outs to compress critical-path days.
04
Wear, cleaning and refresh
High-traffic commercial floors are protected with hospitality-grade Mineral fox / Mercadier sealers. Recoating cycles are recommended in line with traffic — typically every 3–5 years in restaurants and retail — to keep the venue presentation-ready.
05
Working with builders and designers
We work directly from architectural and interior designer documentation, attend trade meetings, and provide samples, spec sheets and warranties for principal contractors and end clients.
